Good Judy has been facing some major challenges in the first months of 2011.

First the weather wreaked havoc on processing and shipping times, then shipping delays on supplies stopped production, now computer troubles. Our main computer crashed last week and I have spent the last 5 days playing computer hacker in an attempt to recover as much data as possible. Almost everything was lost...files, programs, backups...everything. I had to reformat and I've managed to rebuild (SLOWLY) from scratch and am very close to having everything running normally. Unfortunately, all of our emails were lost and despite having email backup software, the reinstalled email client will not recognize it. I was finally able to reactivate all of our email accounts and they are, as of now, working properly. I have also acquired two different email backup tools to backup the backups.

Fortunately, except for those done the day before the crash, all of Good Judy's recipes, labels, spreadsheets, website and the works were recovered. That would have been a devastating loss, but I don't want to even go there. I'm just happy to say recovering those files was the light in the darkness. I am very grateful.

All orders are on the server, so they were perfectly safe from the crash. If you have not received a shipping email from us, please know I will be processing orders again starting tomorrow. If you have not received a response to an email you sent, please send it again. More than likely it was lost and we have not received it.

I promise you, I am working as hard as I can to make up for the lost days. I am bound and determined to turn this dreadful start to 2011 around! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience, and for your continued support of all things Good Judy.

The Spring 2011 Update, scheduled to be released this week, will be delayed until I can catch up on orders. I will let you know as soon as it goes live.
